Q - How do I download a file? 

Click on the ScreenSaver execution file (.exe) of your choice,

a Dialogo Box will open and ask you if you want Save  or Run the file (screensaver).

Select "Save" and a window will open asking where you want to save the file.

Select "Desktop" which will make it easier for you to find the screensaver.exe file.
When the download is completed, look for the ".exe" file on your desktop

and double-click on  that file.
